It all started in Baton Rouge, Louisiana when a military veteran named Michael Hackley opened a brick and mortar barbecue store called “The Grill Store & More”. The store was successful, but when the economy took a downturn, Hackley had to get creative. With the success of, Hackley was able to pursue his passion for innovation and invention.
