What Beef Grade You Should Choose?

When it comes to grill steak, you will talk about the meat that tenderness, juiciness, and flavor exactly you don’t miss to choose the best one. I’m not a master of butcher then I will leave this to USDA Grading if you want more info.
Prime Grade – Highest in quality produce from well-fed cattle. If you would love the quality and budget is not a problem, go ahead with this one. This beef used by a fancy hotel or restaurant use for their meat dish.
Choice Grade – high quality it widely uses in the food industry or retail market. The difference between choice and prime is fat content in beef prime higher marbling than choice.
Select Grade – lower grade than two above lack of juiciness and tender than another cause it has less marbling
However, which beef grade do you choose. I know you will choose the best one is suit to you. If I decide I will go for the Choice grade it closely to the highest quality but lower your budget why not
