When it comes to grill steak, you will talk about the meat that tenderness, juiciness, and flavor exactly you don’t miss to choose the best one. I’m not a master of butcher then I will leave this to USDA Grading if you want more info.

Prime Grade – Highest in quality produce from well-fed cattle. If you would love the quality and budget is not a problem, go ahead with this one. This beef used by a fancy hotel or restaurant use for their meat dish.

Choice Grade – high quality it widely uses in the food industry or retail market. The difference between choice and prime is fat content in beef prime higher marbling than choice.

Select Grade – lower grade than two above lack of juiciness and tender than another cause it has less marbling
