- 2 tbsp. onion powder
- 1 tbsp. paprika
- 1 tbsp. mustard powder
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. kosher salt
- 2 tsp. white pepper
- 1 tsp. powdered ginger
- ½ tsp. powdered sage
